As the Lead UX/UI Designer, I redesigned and expanded the FYTA app, optimizing the user experience while collaborating closely with the development, marketing, and product strategy teams. My work spanned user research, app interface design, and branding support, ensuring a seamless experience for plant owners.
Traditional plant care relies on intuition, which can be unreliable—many people struggle to keep their plants healthy due to a lack of knowledge about watering, nutrition, and lighting conditions. FYTA aimed to simplify plant care through technology-driven insights, but the app’s early design had usability issues that made it difficult for users to fully engage with its features.
